Property Inspection Trips
Inmovillas are able to arrange short Inspection trips
of 3/4 days or for up to one week to view properties here
on the Costa Blanca. We can arrange accommodation and
we will collect you from the airport. If you require assistance
or advice about flights we can help here as well.
The usual arrangement for Inspection trips is that the
day following your arrival, we will take you out to see
some of the types of property that you have expressed
an interest in. It will also give you an insight into
the local area. At no time will you feel pressurised and
the whole trip is conducted in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
If after viewing properties you decide there is something
you would particularly like to see again, we will take
you back to look at it the following day.

Prior to making the Inspection trip with us, it is important
that you give us as much information as possible so that
we can help you e.g:-
* Do you need to sell your own property in the UK first?
* Do you require Finance?
* Do you want to be in a community with plenty of amenities
nearby?
* Do you need to know about availability of local schools
in the area?
* Do you want somewhere to extend/reform or a large plot?
* Do you have any special needs i.e. Are you disabled
and need a flat access or few steps into the property?
All these things help us to prepare for your visit, so
that we don't waste your time and ours showing you places
that don't suit you. Thereby we can help you to get the
most out of your inspection visit.
Friendly Advice
Although properties for sale in Spain are generally considered
to be of a lower price than in the UK, please be realistic
in your expectations. Even though they may be cheaper,
houses for next to nothing prices are hard to find, generally
speaking as with anywhere else, you get what you pay for.
However, with a positive and sensible approach, together
